Military Relocation

# PCS with confidence.

A Military Relocation Professional (MRP) serving families moving to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and Duke Field — even when you can't be here in person.

Why It Matters

## Military moves aren't ordinary moves.

Compressed timelines. Buying sight-unseen from another duty station. VA loan requirements, BAH math, and the question of whether to buy or rent for a three-year tour. Jessica holds the National Association of Realtors' Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and lives minutes from Eglin's gates — this is a market she serves every single week.

How Jessica Helps

## Built for the PCS timeline.

  * **Remote home tours** — live video walkthroughs and honest assessments when you're stationed elsewhere.
  * **VA loan fluency** — lenders, appraisals, and requirements handled without surprises.
  * **Base-aware guidance** — commute times to Eglin, Hurlburt, and Duke Field from every neighborhood.

  * **School & community intel** — Niceville, Crestview, Navarre, and Fort Walton options for every family.
  * **Tight-timeline closings** — coordinated to your report date, not the market's convenience.
  * **Sell-side PCS support** — leaving? Your home marketed and closed after you've already gone.
